It’s quite a useful app, although in a crowded room, it has a tendency to also transcribe nearby conversations. They do not make clear, when you pay $79.99 for an annual subscription, that it actually buys only 10 hours per month of best quality transcription, which is the only mode that is better than free alternatives.
This app has literally changed my life. I can now have a conversation with someone and actually know exactly what they’re saying back to me. And it’s so easy to use and so very accurate .Thank you so much.

It is a great relief not to strain and still feel left out.
Got charged for a years subscription when I did the free trial. Complained to Apple and was refunded. Be careful about the “free” trial.
I love the app but I only see my grandma a few days out of the year so a month sub isn't necessary. Could you please add a weekly sub option
This app is charging me monthly but says my subscription has ended. I have it on basic which is unlimited but it still won’t work. I have restarted multiple times. No human available to help. No good to me if it doesn’t work when I need it. Pro transcribe is pretty good if it works but you only get 3 hours a month. Not very helpful for a deaf person. We need it all the time. The monthly cost is unrealistic for higher hours.
