Not user friendly for foreigners

I wasted a ton of time trying this app out then had to purchase an actual card. It gives you options to load the card other than Apple Pay but when you click the link it doesn’t work. Total waste of time and deleted.

Can’t access the foreigner version

When I download the app for the first time, the foreigner sign up option does not show. I keep trying to delete and download the app again but there’s only a sign in button. No foreigner button! Help!

케이패스 때문에 썼는데, 적립될 때 보니 T마일리지로 적립. 계좌로 받고싶은데 어디서 설정하는지 찾을 수 없었다. 그리고 애플워치로 잘 타다가 충전 실패 현상이 계속 발생하면서 한 15분 동안 못 나가고 갖혀있었다. 모든 결제수단 다 실패하고 혹시 몰라 스마트폰 재부팅하니 그제서야 성공하더라 ㅈ같다

When will Visa be supported?

As others mentioned, Visa is more popular than Master Card and American Express. When will this app start supporting Visa? Also, users who successfully used the updated app with your MC (like Bilt which has no foreign transaction fees), did you encounter any foreign credit card transaction fees or any other fees other than the actual transit cost? I hate comparing the two countries but Japan’s SUICA system allows convenient top up directly on Apple wallet and accepts all major credit cards. Please improve the system further. Thanks for your hard work! We appreciate you working hard to make this available for us. It’s just not as useful at this stage.
