I love that I get the full caller name, home address, demographics, and emails on my incoming calls. When I can’t answer I use their AI agents to answer my calls. It even integrates with Calendly and sets appointments automatically for me. My voicemails used to miss so many details so now my agent collects qualifying and important information that my voicemail missed previously. It even sends the customer a text and lets me know via email and text. Now I know exactly who is calling, why they are calling and the priority of the call. All of the advanced features I get are less than I pay for my mobile phone per month. Highly recommend to any busy business owner!

Call forward and voice mail are configurable in web browser but not on phone app. Please add features to phone app under settings

We have been using 800.com for our business ShortStaf, to manage our event staff and customers that are posting events. Prior to getting the business line, we had our employees using their personal phones, and it was really difficult for our team to be on the same page. The app and dashboard allow us to jointly call, text, and track our calls. The transcription and call tracking are my favorite features and the analytics are awesome for helping me manage how many team members I need at a time and when we are the busiest. We love 800.com and 100% recommend!
