This new order notification update is terrible. Speaking as a graphic designer here is my feedback: they scaled up the payout amount to draw all focus on it, while simultaneously shrinking the distance digits so it virtually feels insignificant. It’s the exact same psychological tactic used on pricing billboards

They’re constantly “updating” the app. But all it does it make it confusing to use it. They never “fix” any issues you may have with the app. And if you’re out driving while they send an update, then good luck to you. DoorDash won’t pay you for your orders. You better hope the customer can afford to tip well. But they probably can’t because they’re already getting charged up the butt with fees. Predatory company who should treat the people working for them and doing their service better.

If I could, I would not even give them one star the customersupport they don’t even know what they’re doing. I got yesterday in order to pick ups to drop offs 21 miles for eight dollars. So DoorDash customer service told us if we have high miles low paid we can call in and the can remove the order without impacting any of our ratings so I called in to remove that order without impact my completion rate and they told me that they can do it, and they still impact my completion rate and they told me later on when I called to ask why they impact my completion rate they said I didn’t call in that I unassigned myself😡

Sucks

I’d love to know why you guys still haven’t fixed the problem with the stupid voice read out thing. I have it turned off, but it does it anyway. And then it dips the volume on my music and doesn’t put it back.

I have been doing DoorDash for about 2-3 weeks, last night I did DoorDash for like 3-4 hours made around 70$ and couldnt cash out. I got in contact with support they said I needed to have 25 completed orders and tried to say I only have 7 completed well that’s not what my profile said and how they going to tell me what I did when I’m the one who did them , I’m giving this a 1 star because I wasted money doing DoorDash and when I tried to get help it would be a different answer each time
