Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life

Complete incompetence from customer service. Tried to get help when my background check wouldn’t go through, and needed to change the email tied to my account - one agent hung up on me and another one promised an email which I never got. Never seen such incompetence. They should all be fired and never allowed to work again!!
