★★★★★ Can't even manage anything with the business card without a subscription.
★★★★★ This app has gone the way of subscriptions just like Fantastical and is too costly for what it is.
★★★★★ Subscription ended, app killed, app deleted forever!

★★★★★ The connection path have no information, a little information appear in the contact icon but that's far not a good and usable way showing relationships.
★★★★★ There is no reason to force an registration to use a simple contact app.
★★★★★ I've tried to make this my main contact app, but it just doesn't work as well as the free native iOS app…which isn't perfect, but at least it works as expected.

★★★★★ This latest version 2.4.5 crashes upon opening.
★★★★★ Bitte unbedingt mit einem Update nachbessern!
★★★★★ Update: seit iOS 16 sind auch in der iOS eigenen App Gruppen möglich, diese hier ist also dadurch absolut kein Mehrwert mehr.

★★★★★ No option for people who aren't power users and just want the app design lol, additionally, they don't even update their app every single month (take a look at the app update history) definitely not worth the price of…
★★★★★ For example it is very annoying to have to tap 3 times to make a call or the lack of a speed dial.
★★★★★ Maybe I'm missing something!

★★★★★ I love this app. Features like business card capture are helpful.
★★★★★ Easy to use, good looking, and above all, the most flexible(no pun intended) contact app I have ever used in 40+ years of email use.
★★★★★ I LOVE Cardhop for how easy it is to use and how friendly the interface is.

★★★★★ I LOVE Cardhop for how easy it is to use and how friendly the interface is.
★★★★★ I've finally found a Contacts app that delivers on ease of use, intuitive user interface and many features.
★★★★★ Somehow there is an extra tap involved in making a simple call but I like the design and features enough anyhow too much to deduct any stars.

★★★★★ It opens very fast and is ready to go as soon as you do.
★★★★★ I didn't think I'd like this app this much, I love it but there's room for improvement and would be nice to have the signal messaging app as an option for quick messaging a contact and also being able to set on the…
★★★★★ My favorite part is the Quick Actions, specifically how they can be customized per person (just tap and hold).

★★★★★ The app is very well documented, has some extraordinarily advanced features that make adding contacts easier and their Customer Support support is no less than five star in terms of their responsiveness.
★★★★★ It is great that the developers continue to support it on a regular basis.
★★★★★ However, it doesn't support working with alternate default mail programs: if you go to email a contact from the app, it opens Apple Mail regardless of the app you've set as your default mail app in system settings.

★★★★★ Features like business card capture are helpful.
★★★★★ It looks like just a contact application that helps you get everyone's names and numbers correct on a daily basis.
★★★★★ I never forget a friend's or family member's birthday thanks to CardHop's amazing birthday widget. It even includes anniversaries, so you can always remember the important moments in your loved ones' lives. Great app!

I tried using this app for almost a year. And it was a very non-intuitive clumsy design. I like the look, but the design was impossible. They just did so many things that I don’t understand that made things more difficult with more steps. So I just got rid of it and went back to Apple’s native Contacts, and it was a relief.
This is a pretty useful app, it works well to add a new contact with some pasted information since you can just add everything inline and Cardhop parses our the details. It’s nice to have a recents view. One thing I hate: I have birthday notifications on, it shows a tiny photo of the contact, a Haptic Touch or 3D Press (long press) expands the card but displays a large animated cake. I don’t need to see (the same) animated cake for every birthday notification, I know it’s that person’s birthday, that’s the point of the “x person’s birthday is in x days” text. I *would* however like to see a larger version of that person’s contact photo *and* the date of their birthday displayed prominently in the expanded view. Also I would like to snooze the birthday notification in case I’m not ready to act on it in that moment. It’s emblematic of how this developer’s version of “pretty” animations overtakes functionality, and they appear (based on an email exchange) to be set in stone about the Haptic Touch birthday animation. The word that most describes this developer is stubborn, and unwilling to consider how their software is actually used. It’s a shame, because there’s much more potential for this app imo, but they’re holding it back by mostly sticking with how it functioned in the 1.0 release.
The app always worked fine for me. But suddenly, when I try to share data with it, it only says loading database and nothing happens. What is this?
I’ve been using Cardhop for several years now, and have never looked back. It’s beautifully crafted, and makes a more Apple-like app than Apple’s own Contacts. It also works with the same database. Open it for the first time and all of your contacts are right there. If you work with your contacts you should give it a go. There’s absolutely nothing to lose!
Cardhop has a feature to display deceased dates for contacts along with birthdays and anniversaries. The birthday and anniversary features works but the deceased does not. They are aware but won’t fix it. Why have a feature that doesn’t work?
