Disappointed with this app.

I’m very disappointed with this app. I discovered it through an Instagram ad that specifically demonstrated the ability to add a beautiful sunset light effect to any photo. This was the main and only reason I decided to download the app. Unfortunately, there was no free trial available, so I had to pay for the subscription immediately. After subscribing, I discovered that the sunset light effect shown in the advertisement was not actually available in the app. I do not need any of the other features, so the subscription is completely useless to me. This feels very misleading and extremely disappointing. I have also contacted customer support, but I have received no response. I would like to request a full refund for my subscription.
