Paid for app - can’t access it

I paid for a subscription for this app and my subscription runs through October 22 but there’s no way for me to use it. All I get is a pop-up every time I try to go into the app. This might be because I recently canceled my subscription, but if my subscription is active until October 22, I should still be able to use the app, very scammy!
