Managers Ruined the Game

So I used to play this game all the time and it was peak, now this new manager system where I’m now stuck, the only way to upgrade my department is with managers, to get managers you have to watch ads, and the chance of pulling your specific manager for that department is so rare. Right after you reach the commercial city, there is a prompt from the assistant talking about the warehouse, which makes it impossible to click anything when he’s done talking. Refreshing app doesn’t help
