Its nice, but there’s inconveniences

It’s nice, but, I have Incredibox 1 and 2, in 1, I can use the basic things and play, but can’t install mods and the servers never loads. But, in the 2, the servers loads and I can check the mods, even install them, but they never work. And again, in 2, I can’t even play the basic things in the app. Like the mods, it always says something like « something went wrong » and the « reload » button doesn’t do anything. I tried every solutions I saw on the internet, but nothing works. If you know the source of the problem or even a solution, please reply me, thanks.
