Ripping off players

I’ve been playing this game for six years and I have spent lots of money. I have a few bases, but I’m tired of getting scammed. The odd of getting anything when you buy something. It’s crazy. It’s not like you buy. And is yours no you’re buying it and good luck on getting what you pay for . For sample. I just spent 13,000. Reinforcing Agent to up grade one of my equipment Pilot gun and all when to waste. I was not able to up grade and it was at 87 % and still was not able.. great game but don’t buy anything that have odds because if you don’t bring the odds to a list 95% the odds of getting it will be a waste of time and money and product you work hard to get something just to be disappointed . And not get it.
