Worked fine for me

Worked pretty much as intended when I had to use it to get a background check for US Global Entry. Simple to use, no surprises. Interesting that it has such low ratings, definitely made me a bit uneasy when I first saw it. But yeah. Good job myID team

Terrible and cyclical

Why is this not a website

Totally unnecessary app that cements non sovereign American monopolies over Australian government functions. Dear app makers inside Australian government, I wish that I could give your decision to make an app for this, three thumbs down.

Trying to verify passport while overseas. Info entered several times. Seems to be an issue with given/middle names not being accepted. Account shows only first name even though I signed up with both First and Middle names.
