Price and subscription7%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I'm exhausted of having to pay subscriptions for every little thing in my life.

★★★★★ I wasted my money not knowing this.
Login and account problems4%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

Doesn’t work with Apple health

The app is fine, but no Master what I try, my steps aren’t syncing with Apple Health app

★★★★★Oct 10, 2026
Boooo no iPad version

If you want to use this on an iPad with an Apple Watch they don’t care about you and obviously don’t want your business. Wish I could get by with creating apps as broken as this. Ten thumbs down. Bet they’re probably selling all your data to the scammiest of the dirtbags too.

★★★★★Oct 8, 2026
Trouble with duplications

I like this app for the most part and how it pairs with my treadmill for controls and tracking but there are some funny hiccups when trying to use the Apple Watch app and sharing metrics with Apple Health. If I don’t use the Apple Watch app during workouts then it doesn’t seem to want to share calories towards my Move goal. If I do use the Apple Watch app it sometimes duplicates my workouts inside the Fitshow app which is then passed on to the Health app. For instance this morning I used the Apple Watch app and instead of my workouts showing as 52 minutes within the Fitshow app, it showed up as 104 minutes with double the calorie burn and steps as well. So I either get half the information or double the information no matter which route I take.

★★★★★Sep 24, 2026
Somehow doubles the workout

Since I trained with my apple watch connected, the app somehow doubles the whole workout in the end. I finished at 300 kcal and 5.174 steps and a few minutes later there are 600 kcal and over 10.000 steps shown. Of course I know the true numbers, but I would like to see them in the health app as well as in this app. Despite this problem, the app works completely fine.
