Getting better but still has quirks.

This app recently went through a period where it was difficult to use, but is getting better of late. The thing that is most annoying right now is that when you are listening to the airband VHF and you have to switch to another app to check something, the audio stops playing. The app doesn’t seem to use the conventional iPhone audio interface that allows you to continue to listen while doing other things and doesn’t put a mini icon in the Dynamic Island at the top of the screen to allow you to click and get back to AirNav. I would like to be able to continue to listen the the VHF audio while doing other things on my iPhone. At the moment, I have to have the app running with the screen constantly on to have uninterrupted listening. This eats my battery.

Crashes a lot

I can’t believe the amount of times this app has crashed I. The last two days. It wouldn’t be a problem, but it loses all of your favorites and flights that you selected as following. If you’re thinking about an app, I would pass on this one

AirNav: Most frequent position updates

Works perfectly on my iPhone 14. Position updates frequently, there is an even-flow prediction on movement between updates.
