My SR Food Soul vanished!!

I am so mad, because my SR Food Soul Pastel De Nata just vanished! i freshly got him and now i cant find him in the Souls list. Even if i restarted the game!!!

Kein Kundensupport / No Support

Ich wurde im Event um eine Belohnung durch einen Bug „betrogen“. Sowas kann mal passieren kein Ding. Dafür gibts den Kundensupport. Dachte ich.... die Funktion jedoch ist defekt und über Umwege bekam ich eine Emailadresse an die ich mich wenden solle. Was ich auch tat mit Fotobeweis und genauer Beschreibung was los ist. Als Antwort bekam ich wortlos meinen eigenen Screenshot zurück mit nem roten Kringel der mir beweisen sollte das ich unrecht habe. Allerdings um ein Item das zu dem Problem nicht relevant ist. Seither sind mehrere Mails hin und her gegangen die offenlegen, dass die Supporter ihr eigenes Spiel nicht kennen und auch ihre Regeln nicht. Viel mehr noch ist es ihnen scheinbar vollkommen egal. Abgesehen von der schieren unfreundlichkeit und fehlender Professionalität. Hab noch nie so was erlebt, nicht mal bei kleinen Indie Games... Lasst die Finger von dem Spiel. Die Story ist flach, man wird für nichtspielen bestraft, ständig soll man was kaufen mit Echtgeld. Dafür das die Karten nett aussehen ist es den Stress nicht wert. For you english people out there: this game has the worst customer support ever. You cannot even call this customer support. If i answered mails like they do i would be fired right away. Never seen something so unprofessional in my entire life. You wont get help. They dont know the game they are supposed to support at all. The story is super flat and not really worth it. Is just another card collecting game thats overly repeating itself every day. You cant miss a day or you will get punished by the game.

Very very good!

Food fantasy doesn’t only have very cute art it’s also an interesting game (Aside from the ascended art. They mostly Suck, with a capital S) It’s a mixture of restaurant managing and fighting game, with an emphasis on the latter. I started playing because I liked the theme about food. And I’m very happy that I downloaded the game since not only is the idea unique it’s also lots of fun. I’m f2p, but this game gave me serious case of itchiness. I can’t count the times where I wanted to buy a pack since it was a too enticing offer. Additionally it’s easy to earn crystals and embers over time, however you can also buy them with money if you don’t have the patience or want them faster. A good game also needs a good support team. They are very nice, friendly and they reply fast :) The only sad thing is that there are lots of people inside the game who play unfair- by hacking into the game they climb the rankings. Well that only shows how nice the rewards are ^^ Unlike some other games I’ve played, which includes Summoners War and Onmyoji, this one also comes up with different styles of events. So don’t be afraid of repetitive content! Also, which is very important for me, it’s NOT a grind-heavy game. Even if you only play casually you can have lots of fun and get the feeling you accomplished something. Wether you’re a casual or competitive player you will find a guild that fits your play style! No matter what I assure you wouldn’t regret at least trying out this game :D
