I can’t even describe how instrumental this app was in my birth. I had not used this app with my first, and really struggled during labor - resulting in a planned home birth transfer to the hospital for pain meds, an inability to relax and regretfully, an experience that was far from spiritual. For my second, I listened to this app nightly from 2nd trimester on - just 5-10 min a night. It transformed my mindset, engrained my memory with prayer, and rooted me in Christ. I was able to relax and have a very spiritual second birth, resulting in a fast 2.5 hour labor and succesful home birth. A spiritual experience start to finish!

I loved listening to during pregnancy, and was able to have a dream natural birth.
This app is my go to when I start to feel overwhelmed by my upcoming birth, related to-so lists, or relationships surrounding it. I am able to easily visualize my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and visit a special place with him when I listen to them where I feel completely safe and relaxed in a way nothing else has enabled me to before. I feel comfort knowing I will have it as a tool when I give birth to my baby in a few weeks. Plus it’s very easy to use!
This really helped me get into the right mindset for going into labor at 40 weeks + 5 days pregnant as someone who struggles with meditation and relaxation. Thank you!
