It’s easy for some who has a hard time just have to let them know about using the overseas number. I had to iodate with ICA and CPF before I left Singapore and they will guide you. The best for some that can’t log on I suggest to call them directly. I did even if I had to pay international call. Use a cheapest call.

This is a government app that works better than many fully commercial apps. It’s incredibly functional, smooth, easy to use and overall useful.
Stuck in an infinite loop. Can’t exit new “use Bluetooth to transfer function” and can only log out. Useless!
I used to be as able to sign in. 2FA was not an issue. But now I am forced to use a Singapore mobile phone number for 2FA. Since I am overseas on a long term basis, I do not have a Singapore mobile number. I can’t use the app anymore. 2FA is very common. Face ID, and fingerprint as the second factor authentication works fine on other apps. Why can’t the Singpass app work with biometric auth?
