予約情報の精度が低く、予約確認が不正確なケースが多く発生しています。 また、コメント機能では、入力した内容をAIが勝手に書き換えてしまい、本来伝えたい内容が相手に正確に伝わりません。誤解やトラブルの原因になり非常に困っています。 さらに、サイトやサイトコントローラーとの連携にも問題があり、運営上さまざまな支障が生じています。サイトコントローラー会社の担当者も、この状況には困惑されています。これにアプリとの連携が取れないので、多数の人員で管理なんて不可能です。 その他にも問題が数多くあります！ テレビCMや、WEBのCMなどに力を入れられているためか、予約数は、たしかにありますが、システム面やWEBサイトの品質が追いついておらず、現場ではトラブルが絶えません。 改善できないのかをアゴダへ問い合わせたところ、「嫌なら利用をやめればいい」という趣旨の対応を受け、非常に残念で強いストレスを感じました。 システム面だけでなく、サポート対応さにも大きな不満があります。 現在は多くの予約が入っているため、すぐに掲載をやめることはできません。しかし、この状況が改善されないのであれば、時期を見て弊社は撤退することも真剣に検討しています。 どうか利用者の声に耳を傾け、システムとサポート体制の改善をよろしくお願いいたします。
