Conflicting opinions (PLEASE READ BEFORE GETTING THIS APP!!!)

It’s an amazing game, I love all the choices and side quests and everything, but there are 3 common issues that other people have had too, it’s not just me. 1. Glitches EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. It kicks me out and restarts part of my progress! So annoying! Just started year 4 and it’s been doing it the WHOLE. ENTIRE. TIME. Needs to be fixed or I might quit the app altogether. 2. Energy I. HHHHHHATE. ENERGY. With a passion. It’s so stupid! 4 minutes for one energy is INSANE! Especially since one lesson takes 50 energy and the full amount you can have is only 30. Sometimes I can only be on for a bit and can’t get back on later, so I fail my lessons and lose house points again and again and again. It’s really frustrating and I hate it and it makes progress INSANELY SLOW. Just delete energy. There is no upside to it. 3. Wasted energy Well, energy is a precious thing in Hogwarts Mystery, isn’t it? Imagine how CRAZILY FRUSTRATING it is to get to a star with extra progress but lose the extra. If that doesn’t make sense, say you need to spend 2 more energy to get to the next star in a lesson. The only option is to spend 5. YOU NEVER GET THAT 3 ENERGY OR THE EXTRA PROGRESS. IT GOES NOWHERE. FIX THIS I’M BEGGING YOU. So all in all, the actual game is AMAZING but these 3 issues are REALLY big so I don’t know if I recommend this game. If you fix these, five stars! If not, well, maybe more like 2 stars. Thanks for reading!!! Note to developers: I couldn’t care less whether you respond to this, as it will count for nothing. What I do care about is actually getting these problems fixed. I don’t think they will. I don’t think you’ll put effort into these problems or even care. I don’t have a lot of hope or trust, but these are big complications that seriously affect the gameplay. They need to be addressed and fixed so that this game will actually be a good game. Prove yourselves as the developers who actually care and actually listen.

Energy problem

As a Hogwarts fan, I absolutely LOVE this game! The game is so fun and unique and the creatures were an amazing work!(The niffler was ADORABLE and my fav) I have no problem about the character/game designs! The ONLY problem I have is the energy. The energy is such a problem and how much time I have to wait just for only 1 or 3 energy coins? Waiting four glitchy minutes for just 3 energy coins is SUCH a pain for me. And when the game rewards the player energy coins? It’s LESS than 5 energy tokens. Seriously, pleaseeee fix this to reduce the timer for energy tokens and reward the player more energy tokens(10 - 15 energy tokens at LEAST)

This game has been so much fun! Genuinely has such great content, especially as a massive HP fan. The reason I removed 2 stars is because I despise the energy system. Having to wait so long after only doing one quest to replenish and move on is horrible.
