HOW SURE ARE WE
Small app: combines its grossing ranks with ratings growth (48 new ratings a month on average since launch). Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.6 times, so the range is wide. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Price and subscription47%

94 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I selected the monthly subscription which had a 3 day free trial.
★★★★★ If you can't even get the app to work in a dry run capacity, "one time only," surely you could be considered a fool for downloading an overpriced app with horrible "cost-saving" subscription deals (you know the ones…
★★★★★ I paid subscription and the app looked for air printer.
Limits, credits, locked features11%

22 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Why do you have to pay 1499 for prescription to print can someone tell me how to skip over that please because it won't let me print or pick a picture out or nothing without that 1499 popping up that you have to…
★★★★★ It then locked me out demanding a 15$/mo.
★★★★★ App devs I gotta question for you- if you went to a store and wanted to buy something say shoes for example but the store wouldn't let you see them or try them on and said you'd have to pay for them first...
Wrong or poor results9%

17 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Wish apple would do their job and protect its loyal customers from the endless proliferation of useless non functioning apps with excessively high subscription rates.
★★★★★ Will not pay premium version upfront without having at least 1 free document to manage from my storage and test functionally
★★★★★ This app is useless, you can't even use the basic print feature until you pay.

★★★★★ Please cancel this app I am not sure how to do this I have deleted it from my page
★★★★★ Not the app for me, deleted.

9 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Thus, after three attempts and over a precious hour trying to print a bank statement, I surrender, I give up, I don't have the money for the outrageous subscription rate and doubt I can get this app to recognize my…
★★★★★ Doesn't work with Canon G3270
★★★★★ I didn't upload them to my computer right away and when I went back to access them, they were all there but I received an error message.
No customer support5%

9 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I contacted support a few days later.
★★★★★ Could not even try out cloud support without signing up for $14.99 PER MONTH premium subscription.
★★★★★ I bought the enhanced version and when I got into it I could find all sorts of ways to get pleasant messages, interesting add-ons and ways to contact the company.
Login and account problems3%

6 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Now I have this program and as you know you can never totally remove an IOS app from your account.
★★★★★ But this app won't do anything unless I sign up for Premium and pay $15 a month.
★★★★★ I try to use this stupid App to print ONE page and it keeps telling me I have to sign up for the premium version for 14.99 to do anything.
Missing features3%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Lack of response and refund though indicate customer support and ethical concerns however.
★★★★★ I did not subscribe but was subscribed anyway now no way to unsubscribe.
★★★★★ Brother says my MFC j480 is an air printer, but this app can't find it, and there's no option for IP setup
