The App Store indicates that the app uses iCloud, but the app’s storage behavior is unclear. Its listing says files are stored only on the device, yet I cannot access or inspect the app’s private storage. Please clearly answer: Are my photos and videos ever uploaded to Artezio servers or any third-party cloud? What exactly does the iCloud permission/checkmark represent? Are vault files included in iCloud Backup, iCloud Drive, or CloudKit? How can I export all files safely without losing metadata or quality? What happens to the files if the app is deleted, offloaded, or stops being supported? Where is the current privacy policy, and why does the previous link show “page not found”? Is there a documented recovery method if the app’s passcode or database becomes corrupted? Please provide a direct, specific response rather than referring only to the App Store description. The lack of a working privacy-policy page and the absence of support have made me concerned about the safety and recoverability of my data

I needed an app that stores non-essential, private media, has a slideshow feature with options for display time, has nested foldering and decent file explorer functionality, is stable, and while possibly paid, does not implement a subscription model. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, but many apps at the time had some, but not all, of what I wanted. This app provides everything on the other hand, so I am very satisfied. I've used this app for at least three years. Over the time I've used this app I've encountered very few problems. The team is also responsive to bug reports. When I reported issues with moving files from one folder to another, the devs issued a patch within 24 hours that fixed it. As long as the app is stable and provides consistent base services and no drastic change, which has been true so far, I am satisfied and would recommend this product to anyone with similar requirements.
