Only works when app is open on watch

When I first got the app, it worked fine and we were both happy. About a month and now they only receive touches that she sends if I have the app open on my watch. I have used several step-by-step guides and invested over 90 minutes into trying to get it to work properly, it still won’t. Yes, my notifications are on. Yes I leave the app open in the background, Still nothing. Waste of money I would use their competitor instead, way too many hoops to jump through just to get something you paid good money for to work properly.

Great gift

I bought one for myself and will get one for my husband for Father’s Day. It would be better if you could add a recording instead of always needing an actual person. Our 8 month old passed away in January due to heart defects and we can’t add his heartbeat because the app has to have them be “live”. Otherwise, super great so far!
