Sync IssuesThe app is great about 90% of the time. There seems to be some bug issues on the occasion when syncing data in the mornings to my Ring Air 2 and it makes me nervous one day it’s going to just lose all of my data. Customer service is absolutely awful … I’ve had my ring for about a month, I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times and have never gotten a response …. I’ve had to use Chat or google to fix my issues and pray it works. Other than that I’m actually really enjoying the ring+app .

The ring is fine, it’s the app I can’t standThis app feels so useless and hard to read. The ring is just a recording device, but the app is the key to actually reading all data it’s recording and it needs some serious upgrades!
For starters the AI interpretations flat out suck. It says the same thing practically every day and doesn’t even feel personalized to the data recorded for me. For example, based on my BBT it looks like i didn’t ovulate this month, but they AI insights give me information based on me having a very normal cycle. This ring is advertised to help you understand your own personal cycle, the AI tools should be able to take tour personal data and actually help you understand.
And while we’re on the topic of BBT I’m just really not a fan of it only giving you access to 1 recording from the night. It shows you a graph and the fluctuations below but you can’t actually click on there and see what data was recorded throughout the night.
Then you get to the part of the app that tells you if you’re stressing or not… cool feature IF done right but once again, a let down. Your app uses Ai as a tool to give its users insight to what the data collected means so why would we leave that out of the stress module? How many of your users can actually look at that all the graphs on that module that determine those results? It’d be nice to get a breakdown of what’s going on in that module that’s leading to a determination that says “you’re stressed.” Because you can bet that if i’m stressing, i don’t need an app to tell me that, i want the app to tell me what that stress is doing to my body.
and the heart rate function pisses me off too because why in the world does that module only tell me my average unless i click the button to read it in real time? if i click the on the graph at a certain time i should be able to see what my heart rate was then, not “it was between 70-106 bpm.” again it feels useless.
i want to love this ring it just feels like the app needs a makeover before i could say this was worth the money.
