Negative and gloomy daily outlooksAt first, I loved this app until about a year ago or so… my “day at a glance” section is now always some type of a statement with a negative connotation or just sad altogether, pretty much every day, it’s no longer something I look forward to reading if I’m having a good day it makes me feel like I should be having a bad day🥲 check on your writers because this ain’t it anymore… for example today mine says, “take a walk in the woods and cry” like what, everyday is depressing

Good for astrology, but very contradictingI love using this app for the very easy way of looking at what my chart means and the play-by-play of what may happen that day. However, I’m not a huge fan of the Void part of the app. I feel like it contradicts itself and isn’t really accurate either certain questions. Along with manipulating you so you get suck into buying more questions. I’m sorry but, there’s a thing called Free Will where even though the chart may say it. It all comes down to the person at the end of the day…

Oddly negativeI assume Costar’s “horoscopes” were created to help users process their day before, during, and after it happens while providing themes and solutions that may help you improve your outcomes in life. However, my horoscopes are usually highly confusing and disheartening. Veru vague “poetic” statements that are often hard to decipher even for someone who prides themselves on their English language skills… half the time this app just doesn’t make sense. Triggering lowk, if you have mental health issues avoid this one

(read👇🏼) COSTAR IS NOW AI SLOP TRASH, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR SERVICES YOU DONT RECEIVEApp was recently bought out by midjourney & as a costar user for like a decade now, IT HAS BECOME TRASH. There is ZERO customer service, just an automated response begging your pardon for the long wait time because they’re “experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of emails” except they haven’t come out of that volume of emails in over a year so not sure how it’s still higher than usual… 🤔🤔🤔 so when you ask void a question but it makes you rephrase it 6 times bc it doesn’t understand, even though it never answered anything you’re still paying for all 7 credits & they will not refund you. All the basic insights that used to be offered universally have been reduced to half the amount because the rest is behind a paywall. There is NO legitimately specialized or premium level content offered for the one time purchase options. The accuracy has veered sharply into left field & would probably be considered a foul ball atp. I’m so disgusted with this apps drastic decline. Save yourself some time & money, don’t get it…

Room for improvementI have participated in surveys giving feedback about new features before but now as a PRO user I have some suggestions:
- Your Best Days feature: I did say this feature would be helpful and I would like to see it in the app, but after actually having it implemented, I haven’t benefited as much as I thought I would. It doesn’t really contributes to my daily life.
- Dive Deeper feature: this one I love. It’s great. But it would be better if you could look at it retrospectively the same was you can read Your Day At a Glance reading up to two days forward or backward.
There it is. Those are my two suggestions. Other than that, great app. Absolutely love.
