Technical issue

Very often after I have used all my bubbles, it starts shooting ice and -1, -2, -3 and it continues indefinitely! I can’t retry, cancel it’s like it’s frozen..I need to power off my iPhone every time... So frustrating.....I deleted the app and will not use it again.
