Don’t be fooled, this is 100% a pay to play game. Don’t believe me? Download it, waste time, and find out for yourself.
I do not understand all of the bad reviews. The computer version is better than is expected. The phone version is not bad at all, it takes some getting use to but once you get use to it. It is easy and sometimes better than PC.

Paid for the game, but can’t restore it I purchased Civilization VI on my iPhone in July 2024, but I can’t restore my purchase on my iPad Pro using the same Apple account. My purchase history confirms I paid for it, yet the game keeps asking me to buy it again. Tapping “Restore Purchases” simply sends me back to the main screen without unlocking anything. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, signed out of my Apple account and back in, and tried the troubleshooting steps without success. I’ve also contacted the developer and haven’t received a response. I enjoy Civilization VI, but being unable to access content I already paid for is extremely frustrating. Please fix purchase restoration and provide meaningful support for affected customers.
