HOW SURE ARE WE
Not in any grossing chart, so this comes from ratings growth (29 new ratings a month on average since launch): revenue grows with new ratings, more slowly for apps that collect ratings fast. Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2 times, and big earners tend to come out low. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

★★★★★ Money right away and buggy as all hell
★★★★★ You guys took every single feature in this app that was available for free and made it premium and basically rendered it useless… lazy developers didn't even update anything remove the lag or add anything to the app to…
★★★★★ I think this could genuinely be a really good app for learning scripts, and while it isn't that expensive- you quite literally can't do anything without paying.

★★★★★ I think this could genuinely be a really good app for learning scripts, and while it isn't that expensive- you quite literally can't do anything without paying. While obviously you can use the hide word function, it…
★★★★★ I downloaded this for a part in a show I was given and thought this looked real I gave this 2 stars cause you have to type every word in and only deleting the word with the first letter is free all the rest you have to…
★★★★★ its fine, like great idea… but you literally have to pay to do anything on there.
Lost data, sync, backup9%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ When will this app fix the syncing?
★★★★★ It had not updated I waited a few days and log back inAnd the text that I had already added had disappeared.
★★★★★ There are no magic keyboard shortcuts (space bar to toggle covered words or lines would be nice for instance); no swipe to delete; no automatic cloud sync and uncovered text in line-by-line mode does not persist after…
Bugs, things not working6%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Money right away and buggy as all hell
★★★★★ I wanted to practice lines and it can't do anything on it that helps me with that.
★★★★★ Many, many theaters only supply image-scanned PDFs of scripts. This application imports them without throwing errors, however they come through as blank text. So this app is entirely unusable with that kind of PDF, and…

★★★★★ Only one feature that cost less and is VERY useless…get memorize by heart
★★★★★ So this app is completely useless and I'd rather just read it over and over then have to deal with this app!
Crashes and freezes4%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I paid for a month-long subscription, and I was able to load one short script, but when I tried to load another, it freezes and won't let me do anything.
★★★★★ Every time I select my memorization method, it freezes.

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ When will this app fix the syncing? I shouldn't have to send an export for the app to sync with my other devices. That is so frustrating. I pay for premium. Why can't this app have automatic syncing amongst apps on…
★★★★★ Am I missing something here?!
WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • I think this app has great features but when it comes down to it, I want to be able to memorize the script by blanking out words so I can use my recall muscle and learn the script. 1★, Dec 19, 2025
  • I wish they had built in scripts so I could actually learn my cues and not have to type out everything. 2★, Nov 11, 2025
  • You should add a library of scripts and books for common musicals and whatnot so people don't have to type in an entire book 4★, Jun 2, 2025
  • So good but can you add where you can revolt yourself to also help you memorize? 5★, Feb 5, 2025
  • I just wish it had more features that weren't only in premium. 4★, Jan 14, 2025
  • I wish I had had this app in school! 5★, May 17, 2024
  • I also wish it had some kind of memory or away for me to bookmark where I was. 3★, Apr 19, 2024
  • It would be great if this app could break up things into pages or scenes. 3★, Apr 19, 2024

19 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ It has really helped me, but the only thing that would make it better would be if all the different types were free or at least one of them because not a lot of people will pay for something they can do themselves.

Memory Support

For me, a senior, trying to keep my brain strong, this app is invaluable! Rather than playing hours of random games to keep my mind sharp, I can choose to memorize something meaningful to me. It can be as short as a single verse of scripture or a whole document like “The Living Christ.” Thank you for making such a versatile, engaging, and fun app!

Terrible Developers

As someone that has been using this app for more than five years completely free,I would be able to notice if any changes were actually made to it. You guys took every single feature in this app that was available for free and made it premium and basically rendered it useless… lazy developers didn’t even update anything remove the lag or add anything to the app to justify the price gouging!
