The product is fine. The problem is after two weeks it stopped accepting my login. It won’t allow another password to be created. It just stops you, and this is after paying a large annual fee to use it. This happened to me two years ago when I tried it. And there is no way to get the customer service online. This is a very good app. it’s not hard to use. You could do a whole lot more than just delete subscriptions. Like getting rid of the 5000 emails that I had sitting in my inbox. This app does things I’ve never done, and didn’t know I could do. this app is perfect for what I use it for. I don’t have a business right now so I don’t have to answer my emails so when they collect, it’s very quick and easy to get rid of them. when I have business there are more than enough filters and rules where I never have to get 5000 emails in my inbox. So how much: I don’t want to pay for anything, but this is worth it and maybe a little more. I give this a 10 out of 10. or in this case five out of five.

Ich habe die App installiert, um mein E-Mail-Postfach effizienter aufzuräumen und hatte insbesondere aufgrund der Produktdarstellung eine KI-gestützte Unterstützung erwartet. Leider bietet die Software aus meiner Sicht keinerlei nennenswerte KI-Funktionen und insgesamt kaum einen Mehrwert gegenüber Outlook oder anderen gängigen E-Mail-Programmen. Angesichts des vergleichsweise hohen Abopreises ist das für mich besonders enttäuschend. Auch der Kundenservice konnte hier keine zufriedenstellende Lösung anbieten und war nicht bereit, das Abonnement vorzeitig zu beenden – obwohl meiner Kritik an den fehlenden bzw. sehr eingeschränkten Funktionen inhaltlich nicht wirklich widersprochen wurde. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen kann ich das Produkt daher nicht empfehlen und würde von einem Abschluss des kostenpflichtigen Abonnements abraten.

I have about 10 emails in my inbox now, everything else is archived, in folders, or trashed.
This is my third review of this horrible app after using the unsubscribe option my spam email from mailing list has tripled because it lets the spammers know it is a valid email address I should have stuck with the block option on my iPhone please stay far away from this horrible app have been using this app to block spam emails but I’m going to delete this app and go back to what came on my iPhone much better.
