VIP Annual Member for 2 weeks and no Welcome Offer or 2 Free Tickets

I signed up for the VIP Annual membership on 8/19/26 and haven’t received my welcome offer or 2 free tickets to a show of my choosing. Support agents haven’t responded, social media doesn’t reply and corporate doesn’t answer the phone. Hoping to get some support from this review and would be happy to change my rating to 5 stars as I love the weekly product and PPV’s. I spent $100 and am not being given what I paid for. Please respond and help me get this sorted.

Great but needs some more updates

Love TNA and love the app but please update it. Constant issues with the feed makes it very hard if not impossible to watch. Hard to enjoy when the commentary is broken in and out and all I’m seeing is static

You are acting like you own the NY Mets when in reality you own a single A team in the middle of nowhere. Whoever told you there was a shot to be #2 FLEECED you. STARDOM has single wrestlers with more star power than your entire roster of wannabes and hasbeens.

Great package

I love every aspect of app. The quality and quantity of viewing choices rivals the biggest streaming apps on the market. The 24/7 stream is always playing some old gems and matches I have never seen. One thing I would like to see added is the ability to play the next episode when watching episodes of Thursday Night iMPACT! instead of having to navigate all through the menus and dates again. I definitely plan on renewing my subscription!
