Introducing Clean Cal AI — your personal calorie and nutrition coach. Log what you eat in seconds, keep an eye on your calories and macros, and watch your progress build up day by day. Take a photo of your plate and let the app recognize it, scan a barcode, say what you ate out loud, or search by name — whichever is fastest for you at that moment. Calorie & Macro Tracking Log your meals and see your daily calories, protein, carbs and fat against your own goals. Every entry keeps the values it was logged with, so correcting a food later never rewrites your history. Log It Your Way Photo recognition, barcode scanning, voice logging, or plain search. Save the foods and meals you eat often and add them again with a single tap. Water & Weight Track every glass of water and log your weight to follow the trend over weeks and months, not just today's number. Goals That Fit You Set your calorie and macro targets, or let the app calculate them from your height, weight, age and activity level. Change them whenever you want — past days stay measured against the goal you had back then. Progress & Streaks See your day, week and month at a glance, keep your logging streak alive, and follow your charts for calories, macros, water and weight. Workouts Train at home or at the gym with step-by-step video and audio guidance for every exercise, with plans for abs and core, muscle building and fat burning. Durations from 5 to 20 minutes and levels from beginner to advanced, so your training sits right next to your nutrition. Clean Cal AI uses HealthKit in order to record nutrition and body measurement data to the Health application. The app requests write access to the following data types: Dietary Energy, Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat, Water, Weight and Height. When you log a food or a drink in the app — it automatically sends to the Health app the following nutritional information of that entry: calories, protein, carbs and fat content for food, and water content for drinks. When you record a weight, or set your height in your profile, those values are sent to the Health app as well. Deleting an entry in the app also removes the corresponding samples from the Health app. Clean Cal AI only writes to Apple Health and never reads any data from it. The synchronization with Apple Health can be switched off in the application Settings. HOW TO USE THE APP & SUBSCRIPTIONS As a Clean Cal AI app user, you can choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs, considering how long you want to use the app and the costs. Our Premium 1-week, 1-month, and 1-year subscription plans offer unlimited access to all Premium features of the app. For your convenience, subscriptions are set to automatically renew within the 24-hour period prior to the subscription end date. You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
