CRASHES CONSTANTLY M1 MAC!!!

The game itself is great. My child loves it.... But it crashes constantly. I reached out to developer multiple times, just get a generic email back each time. Many Mac users indicate this game does not work on the platform. Why is it not fixed, or pulled from the app site. I want a return of funds if you cannot provide a working program. Perhaps a negitive review will get you to contact me. Thanks.
