HOW SURE ARE WE
Not in any grossing chart, so this comes from ratings growth (105 new ratings a month on average since launch): revenue grows with new ratings, more slowly for apps that collect ratings fast. Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2 times, and big earners tend to come out low. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Crashes and freezes31%

29 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ They need to fix the crashing part
★★★★★ Before the new IOS, it would crash twice and be fine.
★★★★★ Keeps on bugging out and won't load songs.
Bugs, things not working17%

16 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Keeps on bugging out and won't load songs.
★★★★★ Jedoch laden meine songs einfach nicht und wenn ich auf die draufdrücke um sie abspielen stürzt die app ab also bitte, bitte lasst mich nicht mehr austasten und behebt diesen bug
★★★★★ Doesn't work with SoundCloud go + !!
Worse after an update11%

10 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ After the new update, it'll play 3-4 songs and crash.
★★★★★ Good app since u can stream but, Needs update.
★★★★★ Hi it really needs an update because I can only mix for like 5 minutes then it disconnects from my decks and won't let me connect back and I can't keep turning the app of and back on just for it to do the same thing so…
Lost data, sync, backup7%

7 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Man kann nicht einmal ein Audio routing vornehmen und auch die Beats weder vorwärts noch rückwärts skippen, damit die Beats synchron auch übereinander liegen.
★★★★★ WeDJ on my iPhone is not synching with SoundCloud Plus, despite me having SoundCloud pro.
★★★★★ It would be amazing if the app has a way to sync your library the same way as the rekordbox app for iphone..Thats why i gave up using the app..
Price and subscription5%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ App is worthless unless you have a SoundCloud or Apple Music subscription.
★★★★★ I have an iTunes subscription however it won't let me load the songs I have downloaded only the ones I bought before buying the iTunes membership this is slightly annoying as I do not want to buy a soundcloud go…
★★★★★ I'll be on the app for a minute before it will freeze, started Soundcloud Go+ for this and now I can't even use the app or cancel the subscription, not happy.
No customer support5%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ No response to actions, nothing.
★★★★★ Pioneer Tech support are pretty slow at helping too!
★★★★★ Only thing stopping me buying the DDJ 200 is that this app does not support songs on Apple Music, but does for songs bought on iTunes.
Wrong or poor results4%

4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Auto connect with hardware also would make it better, or at least remove the stupid DDJ200 splash screen that is useless.
★★★★★ Considering the app is needed to use this (If you don't have a laptop etc) the product from pioneer is more or less useless without a working app
★★★★★ Pioneer you have some serious issues within this app, I never in a million years expected pioneer to sell equipment what only partially works!!!!! Sort all the crashing issues out and my split cue won't work like a lot…
Limits, credits, locked features2%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I understand that this app is kind a limited so it doesn't get better than rekordbox or Djay, so many good features must never show here.
★★★★★ This app has really annoyed me you have to pay to use any music

  • But I believe Pioneer should have at least an iPad version, just a big stretched version would be enough. 1★, Dec 6, 2022
