★★★★★ Crashes, lags, and is unresponsive all the time.

★★★★★ Also every once in a while portions of the board will become blank, the only way to restore the image is to undo or use the erase function to “erase” the blanks to reveal the image underneath.
★★★★★ Unfortunately, it crashes every time I open, or shortly after, causing me to lose whatever work I have just done.
★★★★★ If the "first run" UX is bad you will lose half your users in the first 3-5 minutes.

★★★★★ Crashes, lags, and is unresponsive all the time.
★★★★★ Slow to upload images, and there is quite a bit of lag time for the other person (who didn't upload photo) before they can see images uploaded by another.
★★★★★ This app used to be great but now its slow, it randomly deletes boards, and the eraser stopped working.

★★★★★ Not having a support portal or link is not cool especially when you are paying monthly $ for an app.
★★★★★ Update: over a month since I left the review and contacted support via email.
★★★★★ Examples: - There appers to be no undo (or maybe the function is buried somewhere) - Poor support for Apple Pencil.

The app worked only okay. I was never able to access the recordings. However, once I no longer needed this app, I was unable to cancel my subscription. I only got error messages when I tried. I could not get ahold of anyone from this company. The phone number didn’t connect with anyone. No one responded to my emails. I have to cancel my credit card because of this company.
This whiteboard app is not bad. However, it wasn’t the right fit for my needs. I attempted to cancel my trial and even removed my credit card from the system. Without any warning I was billed for an annual subscription. I sent multiple emails and chats over a 24 hour period and heard nothing back. The phone number they list to call is always busy and does not work. I eventually had to take the time to call my bank and dispute the charge. My advice is that you not give this company your credit card.
I use this app to tutor math and it’s the best one I’ve found out there for real time collaboration via iPads. Admittedly, there are some aspects that can be smoothened out, but it gets the job done phenomenally. For the developers: please keep developing this! A cleaned up version of this app would be absolutely fantastic for online teachers all around!!
Ich finde die app einfach nur geil
I like this app a lot however recently I am unable to update the grid type after iOS 15 update on the latest iPad 12.9’’ model. Is there a way I can change that?
