Poor customer support and an inflexible profile-editing policy

My Mother Tongue was accidentally changed from Tamil to Telugu, but the app locks the field after one edit and does not allow correction. Neither the Customer Support team nor the Helpdesk resolved the issue despite multiple requests, and my ticket was closed without a proper solution. As a paid member, this has caused significant inconvenience and is affecting my ability to find relevant Tamil-speaking matches. Users should be extremely careful before editing important profile details, as genuine mistakes may not be corrected.
