HOW SURE ARE WE
Small app: combines its grossing ranks with ratings growth (217 new ratings a month on average since launch). Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.6 times, so the range is wide. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

★★★★★ Loved this app initially — paid for a yearly subscription & now it doesn't work at all.
★★★★★ This is a useful app and I like the widgets, but I'm absolutely not going to pay some way overpriced subscription for something I can get for free, albeit slightly less conveniently.
★★★★★ Life is expensive and a uv app is just not a necessity!

★★★★★ They recently did an update on it & it doesn't let you see the forecast for when the highest peak of UV is.
★★★★★ The location doesn't seem to update well either - I'd be hours in a different town, and it would still show the previous one.

WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • 🤔 - i wish it would notify at multiple UV levels instead of just one. 4★, Jul 23, 2026
  • - a “go get some Vitamin D” notification would be nice when i haven't met my goal by X hours before sunset. 4★, Jul 23, 2026
  • Just wish it kept my daily data stored in the app in a list or calendar form. 5★, Apr 22, 2025
  • I sometimes forget to start the timer when I reapplied sunscreen, so it would be nice if you can set the timer individual. 5★, Aug 3, 2024
  • All I wish is it'd use the “Time in Daylight” feature on the Apple Watch so it could track how much sunlight you've had automatically which would be perfect for SunScreen and Vitamin D Tracking 4★, May 10, 2024
  • I wish there was a way for it to track the cumulative amount of sun that you receive much like the movement tracking on the Apple Fitness app. 4★, May 6, 2024
  • It needs more options for clothing coverage such as a hat, combo for shorts and long sleeve shirts. 4★, May 6, 2024
  • But when I add the app, the icon doesn't appear on my watch. 5★, Apr 30, 2024

Really nice job …. except!

Best such app I’ve found. but… - IV widget isn’t accurate recently. It just now showed a UV higher than the daily peak shown in-app. 🤔 - i wish it would notify at multiple UV levels instead of just one. - a “go get some Vitamin D” notification would be nice when i haven’t met my goal by X hours before sunset.
