★★★★★ Since the update about July 1, the app is unusable.
★★★★★ Gave up on it after they updated it to the new map layout style.
★★★★★ The new updated version is basically unusable.

★★★★★ It is a bad look that they charge for an app of this quality.
★★★★★ Hope they fix it, but at this time I'm going to look for a refund.
★★★★★ I wasted $100 for the annual subscription based on good experience with the old app.
11 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ Data entry is intuitive and helpful to dig into analysis but i can't enter my scores on my home course as the app crashes.
★★★★★ The tutorial doesn't load the visuals.
★★★★★ I tried multiple times and the app would crash after one hole.
11 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ Submitted error through the app and didn't get a response.
★★★★★ Gave it another shot today, still buggy (lists the 4th hole at my course as 900K yards long), and just crashes.
★★★★★ App no longer works at all. Doesn't track strokes gained. You enter your shots and nothing calculates. Used to be such a good app, they broke it. Please bring back the old one, call it 'Golfmetrics Classic'.

★★★★★ Worse, ive followed up with their support team for four months on this - only received one response the entire time, only saying they cannot replicate my issue.
★★★★★ Customer support is horrible as well.
★★★★★ Paying for the app to not work at this point, and my email to support has went unanswered for almost a week.

★★★★★ Close the app and try to start like a new account, same thing.
★★★★★ And it won't allow me to log into the app on my iPad app after previously setting up my account on my iPhone app.
★★★★★ I had trouble transitioning account and then today I finally got it to work but guess what—I can't figure out how to easily add my shots!!

★★★★★ How many 1-star reviews will it take before they lose their devoted data geeky followers to other competitors?
★★★★★ With the app update I have lost all of that data.
★★★★★ The old app worked great , but new app lost the simplicity coupled with the easy to access data.

★★★★★ This app is just poorly made. The software company Broadie partnered with should be ashamed. It's very sloppy. There are typos. The tutorial doesn't load the visuals. Nothing is intuitive. They need to go back to…
★★★★★ The new app is incomprehensible and useless.
★★★★★ Please for the love of god just give us the option to input our shots the old way, otherwise, the app is completely useless and I will not be resubscribing.
2 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.
★★★★★ Manual data entry is easy and quick and great breakdown of results.
★★★★★ Data entry is intuitive 2.

Data entry is intuitive and helpful to dig into analysis but i can’t enter my scores on my home course as the app crashes. Worse, ive followed up with their support team for four months on this - only received one response the entire time, only saying they cannot replicate my issue.
Good for getting strokes gained info. Would be nice if it was satellite map based rather than fake map. Easier to place shots relative to landmarks that way. Also would be nice to see all tee boxes regardless of chosen tee box. Some courses have no fairway or no green which skews the data. Putting in penalty shots seems challenging as well. Greens autorotate when putting which is pretty annoying.
This app is just poorly made. The software company Broadie partnered with should be ashamed. It's very sloppy. There are typos. The tutorial doesn't load the visuals. Nothing is intuitive. They need to go back to the drawing board. For something that costs $100/year, the quality should be WAY better. It is a bad look that they charge for an app of this quality.
It used to be perfect. No frills, easy data entry, gave you all the insights you’d want from a strokes gained app. Unusable after the refresh. I wish there was an option to go back to the old version.
I tried multiple times and the app would crash after one hole. Submitted error through the app and didn’t get a response. Unable to restart the round where the app crashed and would crash when “edit round” was selected.
You know it’s a bad sign when you can’t even get logged into the app the first time. I went through the initial part of putting in my info, name, email, etc. Then the app freezes and won’t let me tap “get started”. I got the email from golf metrics welcoming me. So I close out the app and go back in and log on. It takes me back to putting my information in, but when I get to email it says it is already in use. So I close the app and log back in. Same thing. Close the app and try to start like a new account, same thing. So I’m in an endless loop of not being able to even log in and get started. I wanted to try this app based on hearing about it on “Chasing Scratch”, but after this experience and seeing other terrible reviews since the app made an overhaul, I guess I won’t be using it.
