Cannot delete

I deleted this app from my phone, it doesn’t show in my apps, storage, anywhere. But I keep getting notifications and when I open them, the app still works. I can’t redownload because the App Store thinks I already own it but I cannot locate it anywhere on my phone to delete it! What kind of weird programming is this?!?

Vertraut von der größten Lehrkräfte-Community der USA: „We Are Teachers“! Die Anwendung umfasst einfache Spiele mit dem Ziel, Ihr Kind mit leuchtenden Farben, süßen Charakteren und interessanten Aufgaben zu unterhalten und dabei seine feinmotorischen Fähigkeiten zu verbessern: - Gegenstände anordnen nach Farbe, Form, Menge und Größe; - Gegenstände logisch aneinanderreihen; - Geometrische Formen auf Umrisse legen; - Gegenstände in der richtigen Reihenfolge sortieren; - Bilder aus dem Gedächtnis neu wiederherstellen. Designt für Vorschulkinder sowie Jungen und Mädchen im Alter von 2- 5 Jahren. Alle Aktivitäten wurden entwickelt in Zusammenarbeit mit Experten aus dem Bereich der Frühförderung und enthalten Lernelemente wie Puzzles, Sortier- und Logikspiele.
