Worst experience after buying a gold package worth of 19k before buying the package the agents keep calling once you buy the package they stop responding to calls. Bharti and Bhaskar are if these people got us into the trap to buy the package. Like you guys promised if we are not satisfied with the service we can opt for refund, even that has not been initiated. Worst service
Dead slow doesn’t respond Each and every option is unable to click or unsble to drag Every time need to close and reopen app from scratch
The app is difficult to navigate. The matches, inspite of setting filters, are usually the ones that don’t match your preference. Messages are difficult to read as it becomes like a chain. Once you’ve responded, you cannot respond again. Worst is that the minute you put your profile up, these people start calling and harassing to take paid service. You keep telling them you’ll think about it later and not to disturb, they’d call everyday!!! Block their numbers and they have another one to harass you with!!!!
I keep updating and SAVING the profile and it keeps getting erased. Poor portal. Needs immediate attention. I regret having spent so much money on the subscription.
Despite of taken premium services filters don’t work well now they are looking for more to find better matches
Every time it says”your profile is blocked” even after I bought it membership and didn’t even see anything apart from this error message Bad experience
