Help me
Seems like the developers hired a bunch of new people. Problems come up and they get stumped. I communicated for three days day straight, only to be left hanging. Contacted Apple support to fix a simple issue. Fixed for a short time, and now back to square one again. Laziness?? Or may they don’t use or understand their own products??
Every time I Open the app it Forces me to go Through the tutorial steps. I don’t bother opening it now.
App was working well. It stopped checking my pulse today. Now, when I try to start the app on my phone it shows a message saying I haven’t listed my birthdate in the Apple Health app, which I definitely have! After verifying that the date was there and restarting my iPhone and my Apple Watch, I tried to open the the HeartWatch app again. I got the same message about my birthdate had not been entered into the Apple Health app! Also the pulse reading still will not work-HELP!
This was helpful for awhile but for the past couple months it’s very inaccurate. I have to monitor my heart rate for a serious medical condition I have. This app has become so inaccurate it’s no longer safe for me to rely on After trying everything in the hopes of making it consistent again I deleted this app and found one that is reliable
