Servizio assistenza peggiore che abbia mai visto! La metà dei prodotti che ho ordinato non mi sono arrivati e si sono rifiutati di rimborsarmi, dicendomi per lo più che tutto era conforme. Andassero a lavorare al cantiere piuttosto che scaldare la sedia, senza aver voglia di fare un c***o.

Servizio di gestione della consegna a dir poco vergognoso. Assistenza inesistente.

Gestione della consegna pessima. Mandano il corriere a fare altre 5/6 consegne prima delle tua e segnalo che il cibo arrivato gelato e immangiabile ti dico che non è previsto alcun rimborso. Ordine effettuato alle 21:30, ritirato dal corriere alle 22:20 e arrivato a casa alle 23:30. Però ti dicono che non è colpa loro. E forse hanno ragione, la colpa è mia che utilizzo questa app di delivery imbarazzante. Mai più.
