詐欺アプリとしか思えない

サブスクリプション解約が間に合わなかったとのことで、引き落としされており、解約手続きをお願いし、返金されることになったはずが、全くされておらず、連絡しても返金したとの一点張りで、銀行口座を確認してと言われ、取り合わない。最初の連絡で、サブスクリプションは解約になったが、何日まではアプリを使えると言ってきたのに、翌日には使えなかった。 返金証明書を添付してくるが、こちらのカード明細には全く返金などされていない。

Beware. They will take your money and deny you access

I signed up for the 14 day free trial. The same day I canceled it. They charged me $83.99 regardless. I have been trying to dispute this and they are telling me I signed up for a discounted program that I absolutely did not. Refusing to return my money and not only that, but I don’t have access to what they are claiming I am paying for. Don’t sign up for this app they will scam you.
