★★★★★ Had used this app for a couple of years, but had to cancel the subscription and stop using the app because it forced me to get a new subscription for features I was previously able to use in my subscription.
★★★★★ After I made an account that required my email information, It didn't let me use the app without paying an expensive price.
★★★★★ I used this app for a while before it started forcing users to pay an overpriced subscription just to use the app.

★★★★★ In addition, the app has slowed down dramatically to a point that I can't use it without it being buggy or taking too long to do anything basic, and that's on both the app and the web browser.
★★★★★ On top of that, it's too buggy and slow to react to even fully START to understand it because I'm not sure if the result I'm getting is from the tap I just did or the tap I did 30 seconds ago.
★★★★★ So many bugs on this so many issues with keeping your design and uploading your design and logging in this app is really easy to use when you're making the flyer or document but once you make the document there's…

★★★★★ Screen says “your workspace is ready” and we're stuck on that screen.
★★★★★ When typing to add text the screen freezes and turns white I've been restarting the app and it doesn't help I've cleared memory as well but all features work fine except when trying to add text.
★★★★★ When you get to the end of a design after however long you've worked of it and try to save it, the app crashes.

★★★★★ After I made an account that required my email information, It didn't let me use the app without paying an expensive price.
★★★★★ Now I'm going to delete my account with them and find an alternative, because a popup for a subscription that has no option to close is unacceptable.
★★★★★ I made an account years ago and I've had this app for a long time but now it says my account never existed even if I put my password and email so all of my collages are gone now so thanks for deleting my account Desygner

★★★★★ I was sent an email at the beginning of the year about something but it went to my junk mail and I am just now getting to it on the 26th of January and in the email (that was in my junk mail) it says something about AI…
★★★★★ I've lost a whole hour's worth of work due to the app not saving properly.

★★★★★ Ever since they've changed their entire app nothing works the same. It's way more difficult and complicated to create anything or even edit your past designs. I hate it.
★★★★★ I saw it was recently updated and I immediately installed it again, that's how much I loved it.
★★★★★ Supposedly was updated today but it still won't open.

★★★★★ The quality and options are so limited in this app, it is a joke compared to the price.

★★★★★ On top of that, it's too buggy and slow to react to even fully START to understand it because I'm not sure if the result I'm getting is from the tap I just did or the tap I did 30 seconds ago.
★★★★★ It just gets stuck on the loading screen and then crashes.
★★★★★ Crazy things like photos posting in the wrong color and the app loading very slowly when I had high speed internet.

★★★★★ This app seamlessly blends user-friendliness with a rich set of features, making it a go-to choice for my design projects.
★★★★★ Even over my wifi, I can't get half of my stuff I've created to load anymore or it will glitch out and act like I clicked on one design when I'm trying to access a complete different one.
★★★★★ Which is really frustrating because I'm desperate to design a seating plan for a friend's wedding!!!

Had used this app for a couple of years, but had to cancel the subscription and stop using the app because it forced me to get a new subscription for features I was previously able to use in my subscription. In addition, the app has slowed down dramatically to a point that I can’t use it without it being buggy or taking too long to do anything basic, and that’s on both the app and the web browser. Not worth the time or money.
its easier with the previous desygner.. now its getting complicated to do editing
Was great for years, but all the updates recently killed it. Went from a simple design app anyone could use to an overcomplicated mess that’s way too difficult to figure out. On top of that, it’s too buggy and slow to react to even fully START to understand it because I’m not sure if the result I’m getting is from the tap I just did or the tap I did 30 seconds ago.
Ever since they’ve changed their entire app nothing works the same. It’s way more difficult and complicated to create anything or even edit your past designs. I hate it.
After I made an account that required my email information, It didn’t let me use the app without paying an expensive price. And they didn’t let me delete my account with them oncr I saw literally everything was behind a paywall
Was good but after meeting or selling to fleur. App is buggy. Can’t upload pictures. Have to find a work around for an ad to be able to access content. Says it’s free but will lock you down by saying you must upgrade. can’t access my assets anymore. Things constantly deleting.
