I purchased the assisted service and Vance my service after 2 weeks without any information. They are not giving any service and not returning my money also. As I heard in the market, these people are frauds, because only they are serving they have proper laws for this type of fruds. I am complaining to the consumer court about this. My suggestion is please pay single rupee also these services.
Extremely disappointing experience with BharatMatrimony and its relationship management service. I was assigned Naveen Gunti as my Relationship Manager, and my experience has been absolutely frustrating. He does not answer my calls, does not respond to messages, and there has been virtually zero progress on my profile for several months. Instead of actually managing my profile, communicating with me, and providing meaningful assistance, he appears to simply respond to people who show interest without properly keeping me informed or following up with me. What makes it worse is that he repeatedly calls me at completely unreasonable hours. I am in the EST time zone. Why am I expected to answer calls at 1:00 or 3:00 AM? That is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic consideration for the customer. I have repeatedly tried to communicate, and frankly, I have had enough. I do not want Naveen Gunti handling my profile and have requested that BharatMatrimony assign someone else. I have paid approximately $1,000 for this service, and after months of virtually no meaningful progress, I feel like my money and time have been wasted. I will not be renewing my BharatMatrimony membership beyond November 2026. If you are considering paying for their relationship management service, think carefully about what level of service you are actually going to receive.
They promise to deliver.. they just want you to collaborate with Relationship Manager, but very poor work. DO NOT PAY FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
