HOW SURE ARE WE
Small app: combines its grossing ranks with ratings growth (1507 new ratings a month on average since launch). Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.6 times, so the range is wide. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Too many ads42%

149 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ If I would've known about all the obnoxious ads that I cannot skip or get past, I never would've bought this scale!
★★★★★ There are popup ads that begin as soon as you open the app.
★★★★★ Yseless games that don't support weight liss activities on the free version, to long and don't have are to skip. I will also return the balance Brookstone brand I bought that have OKOK as the app for its use. Not happy…
Price and subscription9%

34 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I started with this scale long before a subscription requirement.
★★★★★ What a waste of time and money.
★★★★★ WARNING: 1: illegal, Apple-rule-violating scam ads falsely report out of memory/storage.
Wrong or poor results6%

23 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ The MUSE ad won't allow me to exit the ad and my scale is useless.
★★★★★ 2: Fat percentages etc are FAKE, only scale with weight and gender.
★★★★★ Und dann wird immer noch erwartet, dass ich 6-10 mal mit dieser Werbung interagieren muss und auf das fake-X drücken muss, bis ich alles wegklicken kann.
Bugs, things not working5%

19 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ During the whole week it lags and doesn't work properly.
★★★★★ It's actually a good app, but after restarting the iPhone, the app no longer loads—you have to uninstall and reinstall it. Please fix this, and I'll give it 5 stars again.
★★★★★ App crashes all the time have to open it multiple times to get it to load
Lost data, sync, backup3%

9 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Previous version was easier and I lost all my data
★★★★★ The app itself is pretty good, it syncs with the scale seamlessly, calculates BMI range, and I love the weight trend chart!
★★★★★ Went to log in one day and it logged me out and made me start all over erasing over a month of tracked progress
Login and account problems2%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Went to log in one day and it logged me out and made me start all over erasing over a month of tracked progress
★★★★★ No data transferred and now I have ads even though I renews my subscription hate ads because I try to weigh and go but they force me to wait 60 seconds which means I may miss my ride or not get to record data .…
★★★★★ Closing and reopening the app wouldn't help, I can't even delete my account before deleting it from my phone because app basically is not functioning until you close the app that doesn't have a button for it.
Slow, laggy, battery2%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ During the whole week it lags and doesn't work properly.
★★★★★ After logging in and returning to the app, it gets stuck on the splash screen with infinite loading.
★★★★★ It easily switches from pounds to kilograms. You may want that or not. I don't like it. I would like it to just have one button just pounds. And the ads are very annoying.
No customer support2%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Yseless games that don't support weight liss activities on the free version, to long and don't have are to skip.
★★★★★ Contacted support the just said wait uninstall reinstall but nothing it's been about 2 months
★★★★★ I tried emailing them many times with no response.
WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • I understand you need ads to make more profit after I bought your scales but at least have some respect towards me, let ad play AFTER MY WEIGHTING, like for example before showing details about my muscle weights and etc 1★, Sep 30, 2026
  • And moisten my feet with a drop of water (don't need more) OR a moist towel. 1★, Sep 16, 2026
  • I wish I could return the product 1★, Jul 3, 2026
  • They cover the whole screen and you have to wait several minutes every time to use the app.I wish I had returned the scale to Walmart 1★, Nov 14, 2025
  • Maybe It would be nice if you gave the customer the option of opting out of the ads. 4★, Nov 12, 2025
  • They ignore you and they add more ads 1★, Oct 28, 2025
  • I wish they didn't have these annoying ads, as the scale actually does what I need it to. 1★, Jul 27, 2025
  • I cannot figure out how to delete his way in and when you go to get help with the app it's all in Chinese so you can't or some language and you can't read it or get it fixed I wish someone would help me. 2★, Apr 9, 2025

Best Scale

I use this app for free to weigh myself and get other information. Yes, I have to watch an ad first, but the ads are really short.

★★★★★Oct 19, 2026
Scale

I love the fact that I can get digital weight information. The only reason why it doesn’t get a 5 star from me, it’s that I have to fight the adds to be able to start using it. When I click on the “X” to exit, it takes me to the advertisement, which then I have to close and restart the scale app. Other than that, it’s great!

★★★★★Oct 18, 2026
Not worth the trouble

If I would’ve known about all the obnoxious ads that I cannot skip or get past, I never would’ve bought this scale!

★★★★★Oct 18, 2026
Ads make the app useless

There are popup ads that begin as soon as you open the app. You can try letting them play for 30 seconds but there is no exit button and the app cannot be used for weight. Useless with ads. 🙄
