Disappointed!! Levels and coins lost

I’ve been using this app for several years and was on a very high level. I came back to the game later in the day and it took me back to level one. The same thing happened a few years ago but I kept playing until I got back to my level. I’m not doing that this time. I’ve added money in the game over the years and is thoroughly disappointed that all my levels and hardwork is now gone. I don’t have Facebook so it’s not linked to that. I would have added a better rating but all my hardwork is now gone. Can you restore it?

LOSS OF COINS & LEVELS

I was on level 6,670 and had 1,760 coins. When I went to play again, my coins were gone and I was back to level 1. HOW CAN I GET THIS FIXED!?!?
