Just wanted to change my CC info

Guess what the incredibly helpful app does; it tells you that you can pay by CC or another method AND THAT'S IT. No place to enter said info, no link to a place where that can be accomplished, not even instructions that you need to go online. Just a window that looks like it has buttons but doesn't. The one thing a carrier app should do is impossible on their app rendering the entire thing USELESS (other than pissing me off to the degree that I'm switching carriers).

Worst cellular experience ever!!!

I paid for the service last night installed the SIM, ported over my phone number, and when I wake up in the morning, I can’t make any phone calls and I have no Internet connection. I call customer service and they tell me my phone number was not ported even though I made sure to do it the night before. My previous cellular service ended last night so I can’t switch over my phone number. And I can’t make phone calls with the new number. The rep tells me to go into my settings and reset my cellular network and of course I don’t know the password to do that. Because who remembers that password? So now I have paid for a cellular service that I can’t even use and customer service is no help at all. I put in a service ticket and nobody has called me yet.. What a nightmare. run from the service. Run for your lives! Update I have had service now for two weeks and two weeks and they tell me my unlimited Internet is out and all of my Internet services shut down immediately and won’t run at all!
