★★★★★ Nonstop crashing and freezing
★★★★★ Have used this app before and liked it but I get an error message when I attempt to buy it for my iPad.
★★★★★ Love the program but every time I turn it on I have to go through a series of opening chrome, closing, restarting the computer and unplugging my midi lightning adapter until it starts working.

★★★★★ These changes would not be hard to implement and would make the app go from completely unusable to just overpriced.
★★★★★ I could not even get through a lesson in the free trial because of the aggressive ads.
★★★★★ They have no business trying to teach anyone piano. They want students to complete exercises where the tempo is 6 to 20 times too fast for the piece. We can't even use it for our students, its so fast that many of them…

★★★★★ I've received no response from tech support emails I've sent, as their app no longer can play any sounds with MIDI, which I've confirmed on multiple devices.
★★★★★ It says send a ridiculously long code to PM support.
★★★★★ No support seems to be available for my issue.

★★★★★ Nonstop crashing and freezing
★★★★★ I'm not able to finish almost any of the lessons because I get to the end of playing and the app freezes.
★★★★★ The second I did that it locked me out of all songs, and kept crashing with an error code.

★★★★★ I paid for 1 year membership and I haven't been able to login using google for months.
★★★★★ However, the website does NOT have a way to log in with Apple credentials.
★★★★★ When I go to log in there is some error that pops up in a pop up box.

★★★★★ I get it , upgrade to lose the ads, but they are so worried about aggressive monetization that they do not even let you see the product they are trying to sell.
★★★★★ The scoring option seems to have gone away.
★★★★★ In the browser, I opened it up and started playing only to find that the blue bar that tracks where you are in a song was gone, and the setting to change it had also turned invisible.

★★★★★ After the update to Apple, I am no longer able to get a connection between my keyboard and my iPad.
★★★★★ Update: Well, I did a test on the website; uploading your own music throws errors every time when you try to open it from the library.
★★★★★ The first time a launched the app after downloading the latest version, the issue happened.

★★★★★ It wasn't recognizing when I was playing a note, or thought I was playing the wrong note.
★★★★★ But bottom line is they have real sheets to choose from and you get feedback on note accuracy and tempo, plus you can upload pieces they don't have to work on if you know how to work with MIDI and the like.
★★★★★ This is a good tool, but heaven help you if anything goes wrong.

★★★★★ The only reason I think it's cool is because it helps me with my piano practice
★★★★★ It was recommended by my piano instructor and is very useful it improved my piano skills and sight reading
★★★★★ My piano teacher showed it to me and I've yet to find a sight reading program thats more straight forward and helpful.

★★★★★ The app is well thought through with logical progression but one really needs the whole picture which would be accomplished by adding theory to go along with the lessons. Also a wider selection of songs would be…
★★★★★ it helps me learn the counting of the notes better, and is really just fun.
★★★★★ I have used the top 3 or 4 piano apps for the past 6 years. I am a 3000 minutes a month player. Yes I love my grand. I can say I flexed all of the programs intensely. Piano Marvel to me, is the very best. For pure…

★★★★★ When these issues are reported, the response from technical support is often very slow — and sometimes there is no follow-up at all.
★★★★★ Also, I had a question and support made a video for me explaining what I needed to.
★★★★★ I sent an email to support and they showed me how to gain access to using the microphone.

★★★★★ Every app that claimed to teach piano the easy way had me hitting a wall.
★★★★★ This program was very helpful in developing her sight reading skills in a fun easy to use format.
★★★★★ The piano marvel lets you learn at your own pace and there is tests that you can do when ever you want that will tell you your level of skill and there is a way to learn songs now because piano marvel makes it so easy…

★★★★★ Strengthening score quality control and support responsiveness would make the platform even more exceptional.
★★★★★ I had a complex question that was elevated to the top and the owner actually responded with a very accurate, confident and kind answer.
★★★★★ Because it's still in developer testing it isn't very accurate, but it is better than what I was doing previously where I had to stop playing to scroll.

They haven’t been able to keep up with the apple ecosphere changes, and their app is no longer fully functional. I’ve received no response from tech support emails I’ve sent, as their app no longer can play any sounds with MIDI, which I’ve confirmed on multiple devices.
As the exercises progress to more advanced levels, the emphasis is more on speed than accuracy. The arpeggio exercises are a good example. It can be discouraging.
Amazing app underrated!,😀
So far so good I like the pace. It’s a little slow, but probably repetition and good grades you know.
