Sehr schlechter Support

Die Musikauswahl ist für Klassik-Fans sicher ausgezeichnet. Die Suchfunktionen sind ausbaufähig, aber der Support hebt das leider wieder auf. Wenn man für ein Jahr das Premium Abo aktiviert hat, aber trotzdem nur im Free Abo eingestellt ist und nach zigfachen Versuchen zur Kontaktaufnahme über fast 2 Wochen überhaupt keine Reaktion erfolgt, ist das für mich ein absolutes NoGo. Sehr schade!

Way better and better looking than Apple’s Classical

The only issue I still have with IDAGIO is that if I open it on CarPlay when there’s no reception it won’t launch until I close it on the phone’s multitasks and open it again. And sometimes it’s the app that’s open when I shut the car off, so when I start the engine again in a garage or wherever has bad reception the app is opened automatically while I’m driving and I can’t use it until I make a stop to fix it.

Presque trop de choix

Une très bonne application d’un point de vue musical, le son est bon et le choix des artistes est exceptionnel. D’un point de vue moral, IDAGIO est aussi un bon choix car elle se vante de rémunérer les artistes en fonction de ton écoute personnalisée et permet donc de mieux soutenir tes artistes préférés. Le choix des l’enregistrement peut néanmoins être difficile tellement il y a de choix. Cela reste un peu intimidant au début.
