Really frustrated . My thumbnail no longer updates, I get gray images like someone put a gray piece of paper over the lens. You call blink support and all they say is it’s your internet service provider causing a lot of congestion. Zero accountability. I’m going to cancel my annual subscription. Why do I need to pay for a service that doesn’t work anymore?
There’s no reason you can’t add a filter like show unwatched video clips. I’ve asked for this multiple times with no luck. Instead of adding useless tabs to show different things. Please just add a filter to show unwatched video clips. I save my videos so if something has been stolen or vandalized. I have 94 video clips now that are showing not viewed and i can’t find them. This feature would help not just me. If you don’t fix this soon I will stop my subscription. Please.
The Oct 2026 update makes the app unusable for me. The clips are so large, it’s become a dreadful chore for me to swipe through clips to review them. I wish I could revert to the previous layout, which was more condensed and easier to swipe through.
Normally it works amazing but past week it doesn’t load live viewing and it doesn’t record 30 seconds just a quick mili second video it’s bugging and it really sucks because I can’t check who is at my door anymore until 5 10 minutes when and if video is captured
I really recommend blink I feel secure and easy to install and understand
The app says that thumbnails have refreshed but they don’t show the new picture. We have reopen the app to see the new thumbnails. And there is no way to only arm outside cameras if we want constant feed from outside only. We have to click the man button to disable some inside camera.
