15/10/2026: càng dùng càng thấy tệ! Giao diện mới là một BƯỚC LÙI: người dùng phải bấm rất nhiều lần vào màn hình hơn để thực hiện mong muốn. Điểm tốt mà app vẫn duy trì được: tốc độ nhận diện khuôn mặt, nhưng lại "sáng tạo" ra cái voice instruction, giao dịch tài chính thì không cần có giọng nói như thế. Điểm tệ mà app vẫn không khắc phục: đánh đồng các thông báo, trong đó rất nhiều thông báo rác. TÔI ĐANG CÂN NHẮC CHUYỂN NGÂN HÀNG KHÁC ĐỂ SỬ DỤNG THƯỜNG XUYÊN.
